We ship to Australia, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore and United States.
Delivery options
Australia
- Standard: A$11.00, or free on orders of A$100.00 or more.
- Express: A$15.00.
United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore and United States
- Standard international: A$20.00.
Dispatch
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your payment clearing.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear with the carrier.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery time shown for your shipping option, email hi@mywillowwren.com with your order number.
We chase the carrier for you and send a free replacement if the parcel cannot be found.
Incorrect addresses
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we reship it once you have covered the return postage.
